Include generated enums for adwords api

I noticed that after https://github.com/googleads/google-api-ads-ruby/pull/153 was merged, the latest versions of the gems still do not include the generated enumerations in the registry. This PR updates the registry to ensure these are included.

AdWords API has been turned down and replaced by the Google Ads API.
