Additional context luaformatterfiveone is unmaintained and outdated. It would be nice to add LuaFormatter

Please see my comment here. If you follow these steps formatting lua files via vim-codefmt works as expected. Please note that for the formatter to work lua version 5.1 has to be (separately) installed.
