Something missing or incorrect in Docs Agent instructdions

Description of the bug:

1. Go to step 3.
2. Step 3.3 says run gcloud auth in the directory with your client_secret.json. A url is printed to the screen.
3. Paste the URL in a browser.

Actual vs expected behavior:

I'm supposed to get a log-in sequences. Instead I get, "Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid" and:

You can’t sign in because this app sent an invalid request. You can try again later, or contact the developer about this issue. If you are a developer of this app, see error details. Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

And 'error details' simply repeats, "Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch"
