Validate PEPFAR Indicators using real data for a smaller clinic

We are in the process of creating a plan to productionise the pipeline. One of the key step is to actually validate the defined indicators. The plan is to

1. Extract data for patients who have been active in the last 6-12 months
2. Generate 5 Pepfar indicators for a single clinic with relatively few patients.
3. Validate the numbers by comparing with the previous report generated by https://github.com/AMPATH/etl/.
4. Revise the definitions depending on the results
