What's new / Changelog / Version needs to be automated.

The "What's new" and "Changelog" features requires too much manual work and needs to be automated and better integrated.

It should be possible to adjust the version number without the need to create a change log file. Some concepts around this topic: https://github.com/conventional-changelog/standard-version https://github.com/conventional-changelog/standard-version/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

Furthermore we should have one single CHANGELOG.md file and not several files splitted by version, the what's need features should be also automatically disabled for the automated tests.
