Copying to clipboard doesn't work on Linux

I'm trying to extract the AndroidManifest.xml. With the latest v8.0 release, since exporting doesn't work, I tried selecting text and copying it to the clipboard. On Goobuntu (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS), neither Ctrl+C nor Ctrl+Insert place the selected text in the clipboard.

Does not work on Windows (10) either with the latest Java 8.

Can also confirm does not work on Windows 10.
