Grouping migration by path in iofs source

Over time, there are too many migrations, thousands... This makes navigation worse. Therefore, it is advisable to group them, for example, in folders by months/years, etc.

Added recursive suffix to search for migrations in nested folders. The changes are backwards compatible and only extend functionality
