Overview:
I would like to work on enhancing the GoDoc for the directories section in the GoFr repository. The task involves writing clear, concise package-level documentation for each listed directory to make the project structure and purpose more understandable.

Motivation:
Improving the GoDoc will help new contributors, users, and maintainers quickly understand the role of each package in the GoFr framework. Well-documented directories reduce onboarding time and make the codebase more accessible to the community.

Deliverables:

• Updated package-level GoDoc comments for all listed directories:
  • cmd, config, container, datasource, file, grpc, http, logging, metrics, migration, service, static, testutil, version, websocket
• Ensure consistency and clarity across documentation.
• Verify changes using godoc or go doc to preview documentation rendering.
