Hmm ... you are right. According to [these](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27375252/how-can-i-render-all-inline-formulas-in-with-katex) and [these comments](https://github.com/KaTeX/KaTeX/issues/712) inherent problems with `$` environment become more clear. I'm not sure, how to deal with that inside of `markdown-it-texmath`....
