This PR updates godot-cpp with recent changes to Vector2/2i/3/3i/4/4i in the engine.

Draft because this tentatively includes https://github.com/godotengine/godot/pull/66133 and https://github.com/godotengine/godot/pull/66138 but we should wait for the decision on those before merging this.
