Mention the state of M1 support

M1 is not a tier-1 platform for Rust yet, and it seems that rustup may default to a x86_64 installation even on M1 Macs (See https://github.com/godot-rust/godot-rust/issues/742#issuecomment-846522515). We might want to mention this in the FAQ.
