groot/rtree: remove old Tree reading code

now that v0.27.0 introduced the batched/pre-fetching basket decompression reader, we should remove the old code (rtree.tbranch.loadBasket and friends) from the repo.

  • [x] migrate tests to new rtree.Reader
  • [ ] remove old ttree/tbranch reading code
