panel not opening

it's showing This site can’t be reached when i'm trying to open panel

Do you host the server yourself or with a hosting company? If you host it yourself: Have you released the port in the router? If you host it with a hosting company: Is it allowed by the company to use more than just the standard port?

Is the port connected with the play.bloodfore.fun domain or only with the real server ip?
