FR: Allow `@` as a trigger for inline tags
Describe your feature request
I would like to be able to prefix a word with @ to denote and link a tag.
@mentions are popular on many platforms, and I have built a mental model around tagging people with @TheirName and things with traditional hashtags #subject.
I realize the hashtag prefix is supported, however, I frequently find myself typing Phone call with @JohnDoe discussing #FluxCapacitors and then having to replace the at sign with a hashtag. I've found it very difficult to break this habit in FSNotes.
Additional context I primarily use FSNotes on macOS, but the feature would be welcome on iOS as well.
I understand this may present a difficulty in differentiating an "at mention" from an email address.
I realize this is a (perhaps personal?) edge case, and very much appreciate the consideration.
I like this idea. It would even be cool if the tags with @ could be in a separate section on the sidebar, maybe under @ People or something like that, but that's not critical.
I could use this feature as well. I copied my notes across to FSNotes from my previous note system, nvAlt, that also uses markdown. To save confusion with markdown headings I used the "@" character as a prefix for tags/labels.
I also use @ for people.
