Snap/Flatpak for Linux users

This repo holds a script, not a library, so it should be possible to install drpg using a popular package manager like snap or flatpack, not pip which is a package manager for Python developers.

I might be able to help out with this. I've done some Flatpak packaging before and some Python packaging. This is my first attempt at packaging Python and the Azure CLI.

Hi @FilBot3 , you are more than welcome to contribute a flatpak build script for drpg :smile: Having even some partially implemented mechanism would be beneficial to me, I don't have any experience with writing flatpak
