"Accounts" Button just shows "loading..."

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.62.0

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open VSCode
2. click on "Accounts"

Result: it just shows a loading tooltip but no page will be opened.

Sorry if this is not a issue, but I am stuck on how to enable multi user accounts with username and password. It would be nice if someon could help.

• MacOS(latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Linux(latest Chrome, Firefox)

Both for http\https with and without proxy

Has this been fixed? I would like to be able to create two accounts one for my daughter and one for me.
