Sample config for apache2 + passenger

Hey,

I've been running a passenger based install (on 4.0-stable and 4.1-stable) for a while, thought you may find the sample configuration helpful ...

I think this would be better suited as wiki article than as a dedicated configuration file.

@axilleas Does GitLab even support passenger? If not, would we be interested in maintaining Passenger configs?

@jvanbaarsen it is not officially supported, but given that Phusion was of the first to praise GitLab and given this is gitlab-recipes a config like that would be interesting (basically you no more need unicorn). It's just that it needs testing...
