[FEATURE] Support custom gitlab instance

Hi,

I'm trying gk but I can't add a custom gitlab instance and it doesn't seems to use the one configured through the web interface.

Side-bug: gk assumes it can always launch a browser making it difficult to use behind SSH.

Hello @hlidotbe, GitKraken CLI does not support GitLab Self-Managed (or any self-hosted) integration at the moment so I updated the request for team to look into.

As for opening a browser behind SSH, can you expand on how you would expect/like GitKraken CLI to behave in these cases? We can create a separate feature request.
