Are there any plans for Cyrillic, Greek or even CJK?
Relatedly, I'm surprised that even Latin-extended isn't covered in Mona Sans (though weirdly, it is present in Hubot).
It's funny that font with 84 glyphs has such a great landing

Mona Sans has 356 glyphs. 84 of them are shown on the demo page. The font is only a handful of glyphs short of achieving some standardized character sets like Google Fonts Latin Core and Adobe Latin 1.
@justinpenner is right here, and we're using a subset version on the promotional page (which we arguably shouldn't do though, since it creates a weird demo experience in the sandbox further down the page—I'm working on fixing this 🙏)
Separate to that note—I agree that the character set is too small, and yes, we do have plans to expand the character set! I'm working on planning and mapping out that work right now, and all the requests made in this issue are helpful in informing that work 👀 I'll map out the planning in a Project on this repo, so that you can follow along.
