Unable to navigate through top navigation bar

The Navigation bar doesnt work when using Jetbrains Gateway / Gihub codespaces and Webstorm.

When trying to navigate with the arrow keys nothing happens.

I must double click the current file or folder and then it will open the navigation tree in a side bar.
