Add deprecation notice to website and remove broken links

Currently https://unity.github.com/ shows up at the top of Google results, promotes using this dead project, and contains a broken download link.

This is probably confusing a lot of people.

Could you update the site to have a deprecation notice like in the Readme and remove the broken download links?
