TFA fails

Description

Tried logging in via the dialogue and via the web browser (Edge). Both fail.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click to sign in
  2. Enter credentials
  3. When TFA dialogue is shows, enter TFA code.
  4. Sign in will fail.

Variation: Sign in via browser (Edge). Same result.

Expected behaviour: Sign in Actual behavior: Not signed in,

Reproduces how often: 100%
