Errors in rtl languages (Persian)

Description

Hello I had some problems, especially with navigation bar and rtl languages (Persian) :

  1. Floating Pagetools for Persian are not shown in the correct place. [Screenshot 3]

  2. The user, translation, site and page tools are dispersed with nonuniform distances. [Screenshot 1]

  3. In some Bootswatch themes (e.g. Yeti), when the sidebar hides in the navigation bar, the font color of sidebar texts becomes identical with color of menu, hence cannot be read. This problem also persists in ltr languages. [Screenshot 2]

  4. When AnchorJS is activated, for rtl languages, after headings like 1_6 the anchor icon resides after the underline character, that is 1_(anchor)6 and not what is expected i.e. 1_6(anchor). [Screenshot 1]

  5. Font of the Persian title of the website is seen unformatted, in the "readable" Bootswatch theme. [Screenshot 3]
