Template style settings: colour changes do not apply

Description

I go to template style settings to change the main colour or the link colour. I see the changes saved but the colours do not change in the dokuwiki pages. I have checked in the style.ini: the setting is saved. I have tried purging all cache and browser history but nothing happens

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply any colour change in the standard template style settings admin access
2. Same also applies when using the "advanced" plugin interface

Expected behavior: Colours changes applied

Actual behavior: Nothing changes, only the default settings are still applying

• [Bootstrap3 Template]: latest version
• [DokuWiki]: previous version Greebo or also with Hogfather
• [Plugins]: with or without advanced plugin

This seems like a cache issue. I ran into the same problem just now when updating wiki.defsol.com and it behaved very strange. Then I cleared the cache and things started working again. I toggled various settings as admin, but once again, they did not reflect on a page reload. Clearing the cache again gave me the expected result(s). I experienced this with Hogfather.

I wish it was a cache issue. I have already tried to purge it but it does not change anything. Am thinking of a conflict from maybe a plugin
