Anchors does not work with Accordion items (panel)

Links with anchors on accordion items opens page from the begining and does not follow to concrete item.

Hello, I have the same issue And after upgrading to Hogfather the accordion feature is only working if I login as admin . Does not work as anonymouq/public browsing The browser console shows errors as being related to JQuery as described in isssue #483 I do not have sufficient technical knowledge to know what to do . Comments made in issue #483 are unclear to me. Is there a way to solve the accordion problem?

the anchor issue with accordion is probably still present (have not tested further) but now the "standard" accordion feature is back to normal for me: was in conflict with another plugin (Webcomponents) that I disabled
