User Story

As a user, I want to see a cleaner Quests page

Why Is this Needed

Summary: A cleaner Quests page and cards would hopefully encourage users more to explore the page and do quests.

Proposed Design

1. Update header to highlight the super cool graphics
2. Update tabs and cards (these follow Grants tabs and cards designs with a few small tweaks)
3. Update the colorful sections to make them consistent

At some point might be worthwhile to explore the Leaderboard design too... suggestions are welcome!
