Require user to update profile with required info prior to using app
User Story
As a user, when I log into CodeFund, I am required to fill out all mandatory user information prior to using the application.
Mandatory information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Street Address
- City
- State / Region
- Postal Code
- Country
- US resident? (maybe switch to select or something that has no default)
New fields that are needed for non-US residents (if publisher)
- Payment method [PayPal, Open Collective, Crypto (ETH or DAI)]
- Payment email address if PayPal
- Payment collective if Open Collective
- ETH address if Crypto
