蓝牙播放问题

蓝牙连接车机播放，会出现卡顿，切歌延迟，歌词显示一两句就暂停（用网易云音乐，QQ音乐测试不会出现以上问题）

1.2.8已更换新的播放插件，可以再看看这样的问题还会不会出现。
