GCM "connect to github" window doesn't scale on Linux

I use Fedora Linux 40 with Gnome 46 as desktop environment. System's scaling factor is set to 200%. I have installed git credential manager by unpacking tarball.

This is how small "connect to github" window look like:

The issue isn't critical, but still a bit annoying.
