My request is just to create a submenu for file operations, the rest are reveries

Maybe at least arranging the two copy items together to avoid confusions? Or some other idea to make the menu more clear for scatterbrains like me.

We'll have to replace this with `MaxUsageCountThreshold` as part of a breaking change since it'll change the API.
