When local dns is active, the sites are not loaded. When it is disabled, they are loaded  And also the noise settings don't work in Json

This is still reproducible in `v5.8.1`. The change-log says it was done *fixes in sending/receiving files* but no type of images is possible to send yet using **that** architecture version....
