The term "database migration" probably means you updated from an older version. Try to uninstall all previous versions (maybe with a settings backup), then install the [latest](https://github.com/jonjomckay/fritter/releases/tag/v3.0.0-beta9) version.

I think this is an isolated issue to Oneplus devices as 120hz works fine for me. [Could be due to oneplus locking some apps to 60hz to save battery?](https://www.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7-pro-true-90hz-display-mode/)
