Add option to disable non-speech descriptions

I think it would be very useful if there was a way to disable non-speech descriptions, such as [BLANK_AUDIO] or [ Silence ], etc. Example: use of whisper.cpp as a real time speech-to-text engine, like Home Assistant. When processing the transcribed speech, such descriptions mess up applications that handle natural speech processing.
