Any update on getting this to work on Windows?

I feel like this could be reworked a little to work on Windows which would reach a lot more people, I already tried installing with bash using WSL2 but got a lot of errors and eventually gave up. Some instructions would be helpful and shouldn't be too hard to implement for someone with experience. Let me know if you'll consider this, thanks!
