Why should this be included in the repository?

This application is not available in flatpak and appimage so to have it on solus it would be necessary to compile it. Additionally, its all-input voice input functionality allows for an upgrade to more modern input methods.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

MIT, AGPLv3

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

All users are likely to install it. I don't know how many will use it.
