Why should this be included in the repository?

Gives users a ton more customisability options when it comes to window decorations. I'm personally using darkly for application style and klassy for window decorations and it works well.

~The latest stable release doesn't support KDE Plasma 6.3 but it's working in master and should hopefully make its way over to a stable release soon. If accepted, I'll wait until a new stable release before packaging.~ There is now a stable release for Plasma 6.3+. I have updated the source archive file link to reflect this.

KDE Plasma users that want more customisability when it comes to their window decorations.

This can't be installed through the "Get New Window Decorations" button from what I can tell so anyone wanting to use this will need it installable as a package.
