Why should this be included in the repository?

It's a session manager for audio programs such as Ardour, Carla, QTractor, Guitarix, Patroneo, Jack Mixer, etc... The principle is to load together audio programs, then be able to save or close all documents together.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

Very useful for musicians, content creators, creatives etc...
