They are org wide, not just project

  • [ ] Update issue templates
  • [ ] Update docs
  • [ ] Update existing labels to avoid redundancy
  • [ ] Remove "bug" label

As this is org wide, the types have to be general enough to fit all repos need. I honestly still don't understand the use cases.

@malfisya , I've checked through all our repos and the types work nicely with all of them. If you're OK with it, I can look at updating the issue templates.
