Solus 4.6 ISO Testing: Calamares issues

Summary

When starting Calamares, you get this Waiting for 10 module(s) ... screen. On several attempts, it took something between 60 and 130 sec's to complete. The reason for this variation was unclear to me.

When starting Calamares without having internet connection established, after waiting for modules is complete you get following screen:

When you hover mouse over The system is not connected to the Internet the tooltip says is connected to the Internet This seems confusing to me. The dialog also says: This computer does not satisfy some of the recommended requirements for installing Solus 4.6. Installation can continue, but some features might be disabled

This is extremely vague and as user you starts to wonder, what does this mean. Don't I meet hardware requirements? Will my installation be missing features? If it is meant as you do not meet the below listed requirements, and then there can appear different things in the list in addition to internet connection, wouldn't the dialog rather say This computer does not satisfy the following recommended requirements for installing Solus 4.6

Further, when starting Calamraes with internet connection, the language & time zone get selected in relation to IP (I guess) but when started without Internet connection, language is set to English(US) and preselected timezone is New York, regardless of your selected language.

This makes me wonder what else is affected in contrast to starting Calamares with Internet connection. Should the user at this point if possible rather establish internet connection and restart calamares? Or won't restart be necessary after establishing internet connection? Should the user be advised to establish internet connection, if possible?

Steps to reproduce

Boot into 4.6 RC ISO start calamares without internet connection

Expected result

Calamares instructions seem unclear to me
