Why should this be included in the repository?

kiln is a simple static site generator.

It is extensible, has Gemini support, Atom feed support, and uses Go templates.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

People that like to create static websites in both HTML and Gemini formats.

I have no idea how many users will use this package, but I know of at least one that depends on it for building their personal site. :wink:
