Stale/Boring recommendations in Gnome Software

Gnome Software feature a "Carousel" and "Editors Choice" section in their main pages. Those section never changes unless upstream ship an update. We can update it ourselves, though this will need new tooling and etc. I found this documentation and issue that are related to this:
