Why should this be included in the repository?

This is an agnostic slicer used for 3d printing which is very highly regarded and comes with features not always found in other slicers. The only other slicer I can see in the repository is prusa slicer. Orcaslicer is based on bambu slicer which itself was originally based on Prusa slicer. Over time, these slicers have all moved away from each other offering different benefits and features. They are now far enough away that Orca slicer is very much it's own thing.

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

This slicer would/could be used by anyone with a 3d printer on Solus given that it is brand agnostic.
