Add Lenovo Legion laptop support to kernel

This contains the drivers to control hardware features for Lenovo Legion laptops. It includes varies functionalities, perhaps the most important being providing power modes (quiet, balanced, performance). When using amd_pstate, this is the only way I can get the "performance" profile as I only have "power saving"/"balanced" when I don't have the drivers.

I've been using this driver for the past 5~6 months and it has been working great so far.
