Failute rate alert not triggering

Steps to Reproduce
Create a failure rate alert with a 5 minute interval and the following thresholds:
Expected Result
When the failure rate goes above the thresholds, the alert is triggered.
Actual Result
The failure rate goes over the thresholds but the alert is not triggered.

We're adding logging and will be able to investigate further if the issue re-occurs.
@mifu67 I can confirm that the issue remains for the customer, let me know if you need any further information!
@InterstellarStella would you be able to send me the customer's alert privately so I can look into it? We've since changed the dataset for failure rate alerts to use spans (eap under the hood), see the screenshot for what it looks like when I make one today. I'm not sure if the older ones got migrated or if the customer will need to edit this themselves, but I wonder if this has fixed it for them.
