"Link issue tracker" button still visible after creating a maniphest task

We're running Sentry 9 on-premise, and after we create a maniphest task via Sentry, we see the following:

So even after the task is created and linked to the sentry issue (#16085), we still see the "Link issue tracker" button and it points to /settings/<org>/<project>/issue-tracking/.

I guess this is a bug(?)

Definitely looks like a bug. I'll be up front and say Phabricator isn't high priority right now, but we'll try to look into what's causing this as it certainly can't be a complex fix.
