feat(nextjs): Block requests to .map files via rewrites if `hideSourceMaps` is set

Will add a Next.js rewrite to return 404s for requests to source maps. This will effectively hide them from 3rd parties.

We will have an alternative to this which is deleteFilesAfterUpload in the options
