Steps to Reproduce

• Create User with Role "Admin"
• Log in with fresh "Admin" user
• Can see the Admin-Panel and can delete users and can change roles

Expected Result

• Should be able to so manage an organization as well as all the other stuff that is currently working "can delete users and can change roles"

Actual Result

• Can not edit organization settings, like Authentication (i.e. SAML2)

I'm wondering whether this is the same issue as https://github.com/getsentry/self-hosted/issues/3689 -- if it is, it'll be fixed on 25.6.0

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you remove the label Waiting for: Community, I will leave it alone ... forever!
