Cannot see some traces and spans

Enable organizations:performance-trace-explorer feature

Expected Result

Want to see spans and traces

Actual Result

I enabled trace feature and see traces under Explore tab but if I click on some of them I see

Also I don't see all spans that I see in sentry.io

Can you give the web UI endpoint that resulting on the "The trace you're looking for was not found"?

I added these features: "organizations:performance-trace-explorer", "organizations:performance-trace-details", "organizations:trace-view-v1",

But I still don't see traces

We have also facing the same issue, We are currently in 25.5.1 version in self hosted and we do have the features enabled in our script. Is this a known bug or do we need to make any changes from our end?

Hello, I am using the self hosted version of sentry deployed through the Helm Chart on Kube , and I am also having this problem. Sometimes, some spans and traces do not appear. The pods are running fine
