Issues from Crons don't get resolved in Jira

Environment

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a cron for a project
2. Setup a rule with "Create a Jira Issue" for that project
3. Let the Cron fail until an issue is created
4. Now, let the Cron succeed until the recovery tolerance is reached and the created issue in sentry is autoresolved

Expected Result

Jira Issue should be moved to the configured Done status

Actual Result

They are not resolved and stay in To Do
