24.8.0 does not start successfuly on fresh installation

Steps to Reproduce
Sentry self hosted is installed on fresh Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS using user 'sentry' who has sudo rights
- sudo ./install.sh
- sudo docker compose up -d
Expected Result
All containers starts successfully.
Actual Result
Geoipupdate keeps refusing to start.

These is enough memory on server: free -h total used free shared buff/cache available Mem: 24Gi 10Gi 10Gi 26Mi 3.0Gi 13Gi Swap: 0B 0B 0B

Is this coming from the sentry-self-hosted-geoipupdate-1 container? That container is optional and perhaps you have configured it wrong. Did you set that up based on https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/geolocation/?
This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.
But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you remove the label Waiting for: Community, I will leave it alone ... forever!
